If you were stranded on a desert island and could only get delivery from one restaurant, which restaurant would it be and why?
This is a tough one. Burgermeister in Berlin absolutely blew my mind – the Meister Aller Klassen burger, cheese fries, and vanilla cookie crumble milkshake are hard to beat. But if I’m being completely honest, I’d probably choose a döner kebab. My perfect order would be a mixed kebab with lamb, chicken, and falafel, loaded with extra hummus, tabouli, sumac onions, pickles, tahini, yoghurt mint, and a kiwifruit habanero sauce. If that’s available on a desert island, I’m sorted.
Do you have any Human or Fur kids?
Two kids – a daughter, Mackinley (9), and a son, Emerson (5).

I’ve spent the last 15 years in the catering and events industry. I come from a fine dining background and have worked in several cities around the world, including Wellington, Christchurch, Auckland, Sydney, London, and Paris.
Fun-Facts?
I’m a Kiwi with a teaspoon of Jamaican heritage, my kids have American passports, and I’m a bit obsessed with street art. If I’m travelling, there’s a good chance you’ll find me exploring neighbourhoods through their food scene and hunting down the best murals & falafel.
