If you were stranded on a desert island and could only get delivery from one restaurant, which restaurant would it be and why?
I mean Laksa King is a strong contender, because DELICIOUS. Otherwise anywhere that serves a mean vegetarian spagbol.
Do you have any human or fur kids?
Hahaha yes recently adopted a kelpie called Rudi (the laughter is because I’m a known non-dog person so the irony of me owning a dog is not lost on me).
Where are you coming from?
I was the founder of Anatomy of Flowers which I ran for 8 years while working in high end fashion (cheers for the fabulous wardrobe Scanlan Theodore). And I learnt my fast problem solving skills while on the Live Operations team at Deliveroo HQ.
Fun-Facts?
Okay I swear I say this as a fun fact and not as a sad fact, but I survived liver, lung and kidney cancer when I was a kid! So I’m basically a walking miracle.
Favourite TV Show / Movie?
Anything exceptionally garbage for my brain to turn off. Currently watching the re-make of Charmed after having finishing the ridiculously long original Charmed series. Also wholesome reality TV like that Netflix blowing glass competition show, highly recommend.
Hobbies?
Does drinking wine count? Can’t go past a Sunday afternoon wine in the sun with the gals (or Johneey).
If you could have lunch with any person from the past, who would you choose?
Some sort of epic trail blazer that changed the world (probably also a feminist).
What was the first concert you ever attended?
Savage Garden, and I also went backstage 😉 I can feel your jealousy from here.
If you were being introduced at a conference, what would your walk out music be?
I would sit somewhere between classic hype girl music like Rihanna or Doja Cat or some emotional/inspirational shiz like Bon Iver.
How did you first learn of Nudo?
Will actually slid into Anatomy of Flowers’ DM’s from the Nudo account which was full of rendered images of The Wool Mill and I half thought it was a fake account hahaha, but alas I went and met him at The Wool Mill (which was a legit running wool mill slash construction site – hence the renders!) and then met Bud a couple of weeks later. We reno’d Wool Mill together and were painting the stairs and doors the morning of our first ever wedding. Here is a baby photo of us when we got drunk and wrote the first version of the Nudo client journey.
